Peter Adrichem graduated from the Netherlands Film & Television Academy. He joined 3Rivers in 2012 as a Senior Consultant. Peter was previously CEO of the Endemol Netherlands Media Group where he realized a radical and successful transformation. In the 1990s he founded the television companies 625 TV Producties and TVBV (both acquired by EndemolShine-Banijay). Peter is still connected to TVBV as an advisor.
In recent years, Peter has worked as interim media director at Dutch public broadcaster AVROTROS and as general manager at BNNVARA. He was also interim content manager at KRO-NCRV and was responsible for, among many other projects, the restructuring of the television activities of Warner Bros. in Australia and, for example, setting up VRT Studio’s for VRT Belgium.
Peter’s expertise lies in linking his extensive creative and substantive knowledge to efficiently organized media production processes.
