Charlotte brings over 20 years of experience in the global entertainment industry, across traditional and emerging media landscapes. After earning her MA from Erasmus University, she began her career as a Film Sales Executive in the UK with leading independent production and distribution companies Intermedia and Summit Entertainment. Following an MBA from Duke University, Charlotte returned to London to establish and lead global sales teams for startup Protagonist Pictures and eOne Entertainment. She later led London and LA based sales teams at Global Road and Anton Capital before joining the ITV Global Entertainment team as Sales Director (NL). Charlotte has also served as film consultant at the Dutch Film Fund and as Managing Director for film and tv producer Lemming Film.

Her expertise lies in building high-performing teams by fostering collaboration and a shared sense of purpose, and shaping strategic business plans with a global outlook. In an industry characterized by transformative shifts caused by global streamers and AI, her strength is her thoughtful approach to change management, ensuring alignment between people and strategic objectives.
