Taco Rijssemus is an experienced strategic leader with a strong track record in making businesses highly effective. He started his career at SBS in various roles on the content side. In 2009, he transitioned to public broadcasting, where he led the KRO. After merging the organisation with another public broadcaster, NCRV in 2014, he became CEO of IDTV (part of All3media) in 2017. There, he formed a creative team that developed the hit show De Verraders. From 2021 to 2024, Rijssemus led the All3media companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. In 2024, he joined 3Rivers.
Rijssemus has a deep understanding of both creative processes and client needs, and excels at attracting the right talent. His extensive experience in media - ranging from production to broadcasting, across both public and commercial media - combined with his curiosity and determination (he completed his PhD in 2014) make him an all-round consultant.
